Vinegar Slaw

Tangy slaw that will make a perfect side dish for your next cookout!

Ingredients
  • 1 head Green Cabbage, Cored
  • 1 whole Sweet onion ( )
  • 2 whole carrots ( )
  • ½ cups White Vinegar
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • Salt To Taste
Directions
  1. Slice the cabbage into bite size pieces. Dice the onion and grate the carrots. In a large bowl stir together the cabbage, onion, carrots, white vinegar, sugar, celery seed, dry mustard and salt. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
