Cilantro Chicken Chopped Salad

This salad is hearty, healthy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 whole chicken ( ) Breasts, Cooked And Shredded (I Like To Put Mine In The Crock Pot For About 6 Hours With Salt, Pepper, And A Little Bit Of olive ( ) Oil)
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, Torn Or Shredded
  • 1 whole avocado ( ), diced
  • 2 cups cherry ( ) tomatoes ( ), Quartered
  • 4 ears Ears Fresh Sweet corn ( ), Cooked (I Like To Grill Mine)
  • 1 cup Cilantro, Chopped, Plus Extra For Garnish
  • ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  2. That’s it! Serve immediately and enjoy.
